You will ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times:
Developing an excellent knowledge of A&N Boutique & ALAMOUR product range, ensuring that customers are informed about product that they have purchased.
Respond to general customer enquiries received via email.
Work as part of a team with other members, be aware of what is happening in the rest of the workspace and assist other staff if help is required.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years retail experience or similar (please apply if you think you'd fit regardless of experience).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An interest in fashion.
Excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate customer needs.
Exceptional written and verbal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
