We are an Australian based company and as stated, are operating our business as per usual, but with slightly different hours. Due to COVID-19 we are unfortunately experiencing some delays from our factory to our warehouse, which may result in your gown getting shipped out later than expected. 

Once your order is processed & shipped from our end, there are also reduced flights for our shipping couriers. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee our usual delivery times at this stage. We will do everything we can to keep you updated & make sure your gown arrives as quickly as possible.
