RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise for a store credit only.
Exchanges & Refunds
- We do allow exchanges. You will be provided with a store credit only.
- All returning items will be provided with a store credit only.
- You may place an order for your desired item using the store credit.
- No refunds on incorrect sizing/change of mind/delivery delays. You will be issued with a store credit to re-order the correct size/style.
- All Return Requests are to be made via the Return Manager Box found at bottom of Returns Page.
- All eligible items must initiate return within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this 14-day deadline will be denied and returned to customer.
- The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.
- Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up.
- Items must have all tags, including any original hangtags attached.
- Final sale items such as, earrings, bodysuits & bikini’s cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- All returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.
- A maximum number of 2 return attempts is permitted only.
Final Sale Items
- Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, due to incorrect sizing/change of mind.
- For hygiene reasons, Earrings, bodysuits & Bikini’s cannot be returned.
- Any Final Sale items which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.anofficial.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have been issued "Store Credit" as a refund method.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit expires within 3 months of issue.
- Store credit is provided in Australian Dollars.
- Return shipping fees will apply for all store credits issued. In other words, A&N Boutique only covers Free Express Shipping on the initial order. Any other shipping to A&N Boutique or to you will be the customers responsibility.

How to use:
1. Enter the email address provided at time of placing the order in the Customer Email field.
2. Enter the Order Number provided to you e.g. #AN1234 in the Order Number field - You can find your Order # via your email inbox (On the assumption you have provided the correct spelling of the email address) Please ensure to check Spam/Junk folders in the event you do not receive the order confirmation email in your inbox. Alternatively, if you have created an account, you can log in to view your Order details, including your Order #.
If you cannot find our order confirmation email anywhere, this indicates the email address was misspelled during the checkout process. In this circumstance, we recommend contacting us immediately to rectify this.
3. Once the required fields are entered and 'Lookup' is clicked/selected, a window will pre-populate below. To create the return, simply click on the 'shopping trolley' symbol which is found beside the words 'Create Return'.
4. A new window will open within the current window. It will request you to complete more information regarding your return request. Enter the required information in the appropriate fields. Please ensure to scroll down to view all information as the returns manager has its own window within this page.
5. Once scrolled to the bottom of the window and ticked to agreeing to our terms and conditions, simply then click the 'Submit' button. Once you have submitted the return request, it will redirect you to the returns page. Please ignore the notification 'Oops. Nothing found.' underneath the Order Lookup box. This does not apply to you and the return request has been successfully submitted.
6. If there are specific details relating to the return request, it will be indicated in the notes section in this returns portal below. Simply enter your email address and order # at any time for live updates in regards to your return request. You will further be notified via email. As a reminder, please ensure to check your Spam/Junk folders.
A&N Boutique ships Worldwide. A&N Boutique reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed 'risky'. In circumstances where the destined country is deemed 'risky' A&N Boutique may refuse shipment or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your order will be shipped/dispatched within 2 business days of settlement, depending on stock levels and volume of outgoing orders.
**Please note, business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.
INFORMATION REGARDING CURRENCY:
A visitor may wish to manually 'select a currency' from the drop-down menu provided at top of website. By selecting your desired currency, all products will be displayed in this currency. For all other international currency conversions, please refer to an online currency converter, such as Google.
** Please Note: Prices may fluctuate depending on current exchange rates. A&N Boutique process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in a foreign currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal/Shopify containing your order & payment details (If you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
When an order is dispatched, an automatically generated email from our shipping carrier is sent to the customer's email address containing the tracking information for the dispatched parcel. Please ensure to check Spam/Junk folders in case this email was not successfully delivered to your inbox.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email in your inbox or Junk/Spam folders, you may have misspelled your email address during the checkout process. We recommend notifying us immediately via the Contact Page so we can re-send the order confirmation email and to correct the email address on file. Providing the wrong email address can prevent you from receiving order updates/tracking your order online.

** Free Shipping only applies to orders AUD $200.00 & Over. On estimate to be USD $158 / €132 EUR / £ 117 GBP As per 'January 2018' exchange rates provided by Google's currency converter.
CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES:
* All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge (if any). Taxes and Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. A&N Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. ** In the event a customer refuses an international delivery due to the taxes/customs duties imposed on them, free shipping is no longer valid due to the customer terminating the contract/order. All shipping costs paid by either A&N Boutique/ the customer (including sending the item to and from the customer) will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the order in the event of a refund/ issue of a store credit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, A&N Boutique reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.
Any shipping costs paid by A&N Boutique/ Customer is not reimbursed in the event of a refund. This includes shipping costs incurred on orders eligible for free shipping.
All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. A&N Boutique is not held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.
