Online Store Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and/or Shopify containing your order & payment details (If you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

When an order is dispatched, an automatically-generated email from our shipping carrier is sent to the customer's email address containing the tracking information for the dispatched parcel.

Please ensure to check Spam/Junk folders in case this email was not successfully delivered to your inbox.

**IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the order confirmation email in your inbox or Junk/Spam folders, you may have misspelled your email address during the checkout process. We recommend notifying us immediately via the Contact Page so we can re-send the order confirmation email and to correct the email address on file. Providing the wrong email address can prevent you from receiving order updates/tracking your order online.

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during the times of 9am & 5pm AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time for all regular orders is currently 2 business days.

We now also offer a PRIORITY PROCESSING service that can be added to your order at the Cart page! This ensures your item is dispatched within 1 business day from order placement. Priority Processing does NOT speed up the manufacturing time for Made to Order and Pre Order items, this only ensures that your item is pushed forward in the processing queue one it has arrived at our facility. Find more about this service here.

Once your order has been packed and processed in the queue it then awaits to be shipped, delivery times then apply. Please refer to the 'Shipping Info' Page for our available shipping methods & delivery times for your specific destination.

** Please note, business days do NOT include weekends or public holidays.


POST-ORDER VERIFICATION PROCESSES/CHECKS:

Your order may be subject to a routine verification process and/or address checks. In the event these post-order checks are initiated to you via email (soon after placing your order); your response is required before your order can be fulfilled. 

These checks are a duty of care which we owe our customers to minimise fraud and error of sending an order to an incorrect/incomplete address. You are responsible to act accordingly and reply promptly to all post-order verification requests.

A&N Luxe Label will not be held responsible for any delays due to fraud-preventative measures and/or address checks.

Please ensure to routinely check your Spam/Junk folders in case these emails were not successfully delivered to your inbox.


CURRENCY & CONVERSIONS:

As we are Australian Based, the default prices on all items are set to AUD. You can however, pay in your own countries currency by selecting your currency in the available popup, or in the currency selector located at the bottom of our online store. For all other currency exchange requests/queries, you may wish to consult the current exchange rates by visiting http://www.xe.com/

At Checkout page when proceeding with another currency (Non AUD): You are automatically eligible to pay in your selected currency. Prices may fluctuate depending on current exchange rates. The bank/financial institution linked to your payment method will process the conversion (in your desired currency) for you in the background and will appear in your statement.

 

CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES (Excluding Australia)

All customers residing outside of Australia may have Tax & Duties applicable to their order. A&N Luxe may collect any import-related Duties/ Taxes from the customer. Your order will include Duties & Taxes at the checkout and be added to the shipping cost. This is not a fee by A&N Luxe, but that from your country’s border protection officials.

Australian customers WILL NOT attract any Customs Duties or additional Taxes. You only pay what you see at checkout.

All other countries must refer back to their import threshold amounts if/and how much duties/taxes may apply. A guide for each country is provided here. For your convenience you can also visit this duties and taxes calculator to estimate these additional costs relating to your purchase (if applicable). For example, as per the above guide, USA has a high import threshold of $800 USD before taxes & duties are applicable to the order. 


REFUSING A SHIPMENT:

In the event a customer refuses an international delivery for any unforeseen circumstance; the following charges will apply: 50% restock fee, plus any shipping costs & Taxes/ Duties paid by A&N Luxe Label to ship the parcel to you. Return-shipping fees may apply if incurred.


CANCELLATIONS:

All eligible orders made via the online store can be cancelled. Excluding Custom Made, Made-To-Order and Pre-Order items. Please however note, fees will be deducted from the refund. For a full insight of fees associated with cancellations, please visit the following link.

Once an order is placed you have committed to the purchase and knowingly accept store's online policies. Please refer to links at footer section for all of our policies.

Please note, the colour of the garments displayed on this website may differ to the true and actual colour of the physical garment. Even though we strive our very best to display the true colour of the garment as accurate as possible on our website, many factors can have an impact on the colour you view on your device's screen/monitor.

These factors are but not limited too: Monitor/Screen Type, Device age & Type, Display Settings, Flash/Lighting within displayed content.

COUPON CODES:

Only one coupon code can be used at time of checkout/purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to a completed existing order. All coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes. Single-use only.

In the event of a return, any used discount codes on the original order will not be re-issued. Your exchanged item will be charged at the full RRP - this applies when changing styles and all made-to-order garments (excludes custom & orders where measurements are provided - these type of orders cannot be exchanged).
