Made to Order Dresses and Gowns
A&N Collection is a Made-To-Order Label.
What does Made-To-Order Mean? Made-to-order gowns mean that the garments are not in stock and only commence production once you have placed an order. In some circumstances, some standard sizes might be in stock due to returns and restocks on best selling dresses but this is not the case for all the gowns - if you are on a time constraint, feel free to contact our customer care agent to confirm pieces in stock. The whole purpose of our Made-To-Order dresses is less waste & competitive prices for you. We also present you with the opportunity to provide your measurements at time of purchase.
This will allow us to make your made to order dresses based on your very own measurements to ensure a more superior fit. The tailoring time-frame is usually stated on each garment's product page. The tailoring time-frame does not include processing the order and/or shipping times.
The time stated is the actual production of the garment only. Once production is finalised, then we commence preparing your order for shipment. Please ensure to read our made-to-order policy & the product page carefully before committing to your purchase and placing an order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for unexpected delays, change of mind, sizing changes or sudden cancellations.
