We ship worldwide. Free shipping is provided when a minimum spend requirement is met at checkout.

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY OPTIONS:

(1 - 2 Business Days): Free express shipping via Australia Post on orders $400 AUD & over.
(Same Day Delivery): We offer same day delivery to addresses within 50 kms of the Brisbane CBD. Rates are calculated by travel distance & displayed at checkout.

(2 - 4 Business days): DHL Express + Priority Processing.

Please note; Duties & Taxes are now payable for all incoming orders into the United States. Duties & Taxes are expected to be paid by the customer prior to delivery. All A&N orders are shipped directly from Australia to our USA-based customers.

*When selecting our DHL Express shipping option, this automatically includes Free Priority Processing (Normally valued at $14.95 AUD)

*Regional Areas may take longer for delivery or may be excluded from a shipping service advertised - Applies to all countries.

*All Parcels include online tracking as compulsory - Applies to all countries.

*Signature on Delivery is required for insured parcels only. If you provide authority for your parcel to be left without signature at the time of delivery, all purchased shipping insurance security on the order will be void by the carrier. This is within their fine print.

*For our Australian customers, your postcode must fall within the Aus Post Express Network to be eligible for express shipping. (All shipments are dispatched from Postcode 4102 - Woolloongabba).

BRISBANE CUSTOMERS:

Same Day Delivery - Additional Information
We offer Same Day Delivery for our Brisbane Metro customers within a 50kms radius of Woolloongabba, Brisbane, QLD. The price will be calculated upon checkout based on your location.  

Once an order is picked up from our location, orders are usually delivered within the same business day. Live tracking will be available with an estimated time of delivery. 

Orders must be placed before 12PM AEST to be delivered same day. A physical address must be provided - No PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If the premises are unattended at the time of delivery, all same-day delivery parcels will either be left in a safe place (if available), or will be returned. *additional re-shipping fees may apply if to be returned to A&N.

Showroom Try-On's (By Appointment Only)

Free Click & Collect
We offer a free click & collect service from our Woolloongabba, Brisbane location - simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option upon checkout. Click & collect orders are ready within a few hours after order placement. You will be sent a ‘Ready for Pickup’ email, once your order is ready for collection. 

Made-to-Order and Preorder items will be ready for collection as per the estimated date on the product page, at the time of order placement. 

Collection times are strictly Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm and must only be collected once you receive the ‘Ready for Pickup’ notification. The customer will be required to provide their valid ID and the order confirmation email.

PRIORITY PROCESSING:

This is an upgrade service to our normal processing times which can take 2 or more days depending on volume of orders.

Want to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible? Now you can with our Priority Processing Service! Have your order dispatched within 1 business day for an additional $14.95 AUD. This processing time is guaranteed on your order, when Priority Processing is added to your order at the Cart page. Please note* this does not speed up production times for our made-to-order/ custom garments. 

Priority Processing is included (complimentary) with orders that have selected DHL Express as the shipping service.

Please note, orders are only processed during business hours; Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm AEST. Excluding public holidays that apply to QLD, Australia.

TRANSIT INSURANCE:

Although we ship our orders via reliable shipping carriers; unforeseen events and accidents may occur that are outside of the control of A&N Luxe Label. As such, we are now offering shipping/transit insurance which you can add to your order at the cart page for a fee. Although it is not compulsory to include with your order, if you do experience issues with delivery to your address or want that extra peace of mind, this shipping upgrade is highly recommended for you.  

If you choose not to add on transit insurance to your order, A&N will not be liable for any damages/losses that may be caused to your package during transit, whilst in the possession of our shipping partners. As such, by placing an order on our online store, you understand that if transit/shipping insurance is not purchased with your order, liability of the package rests on the customer.

Additionally, if you provide authority for your parcel to be left without signature at the time of delivery, all purchased shipping insurance security on the order will be void. 

DUTIES & TAXES INFORMATION FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Duties & Taxes are not collected at checkout for international orders placed on this website. These charges are determined and enforced by your local customs authority and must be paid by you upon delivery or import clearance.

No Duties and Taxes are payable by Australian customers, as all orders are shipped domestically from our base in Australia.

Important: In the event you choose to reject your parcel due to Duties & Taxes imposed on your parcel, you will still be charged all related shipping costs, as well as run the risk of paying all Duties & Taxes. Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided or waived and must be paid regardless of acceptance or rejection of your parcel (In the event Customs officials in your country enforce the payment of these Duties & Taxes, regardless if successfully delivered to you or not).

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address at checkout, A&N reserves the right to charge the applicable shipping fee for re-shipment.

It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame (set by the postal system of your country) may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.

All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. A&N is not held liable for unforeseen delays made by Customs Officials/ Shipping Carriers and their associates/ natural disasters in the course of shipment.

High volume/Qty orders are subject to additional shipping fees at the discretion & request of A&N. 

If your order consists of a Pre-Order/Made-to-Order item with an item that is in stock, they will be shipped together once the Pre-Order/Made-to-Order item has completed production and is ready for shipment. If you wish for the item which is in stock to be shipped sooner, please be in touch via email.

A&N reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’, or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
